Most of the work here is inspired by collections at The Higgins Art Gallery & Museum, Bedford, where I worked for more than 10 years. The images are sourced from the social history collections or the Bedfordshire archive service. The Marie Doro piece marks the beginning of my interest in cinema and performance archive materials.
